Lavender

 A versatile and popular essential oil, lavender has a calming fragrance and is particularly renowned for its ability to relax and promote restful sleep. It’s rejuvenating and soothing effects make it an effective skin treatment and a good skin healer. 2021 meta-analysis showed lavender has substantial effect in reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Deeply relaxing, lavender helps reduces stress levels and anxiety and is a popular remedy for promoting restful sleep. Mild analgesic properties make lavender a good treatment for headaches and migraines, as well as muscular and nerve pain. As an antispasmodic it eases mensural cramps. 

 

Black Pepper

Warming, spicy oil, black pepper has strong antiseptic properties. Its stimulating aroma has a clearing effect on the mind, making this useful oil for improving focus, while its ability to boost circulation can revive tired muscles and joints and speed the healing of bruises.  It helps to encourage circulation to the extremities, so use for cold hands and feet. Regular use may also help to improve the appearance of cellulite.

Lemon balm

Uplifting and soothing, lemon balm can be a useful remedy for headaches and migraines, and held- in tensions in the neck and shoulders. A sedative action makes lemon balm especially useful in cases of panic; it can calm a racing heartbeat and help lower blood pressure. A cooling action makes lemon balm useful for heat exhaustion and soothing fevers. Ginger

Ginger has a wonderful calming effect on the digestive system, helping to sooth unsettled digestion caused by stress or over indulgence. Comforting and warning ginger essential helps to lifts feeling of general fatigue and is also reeving when on is suffering from nervous fatigue or mental confusion. Applied locally ginger oil boosts circulation and provides warm, that revives and eases the pain of sour, tired muscles.
